The Selling Process

  • We will meet with you at your property and discuss a Comparative Market Analysis for your property, your expectations for price and time on market, and any repairs or decluttering that would be helpful in selling your property quicker and/or at a better price.
  • We will sign an Exclusive Right To Sell Agreement with you and put our best efforts into marketing your property.
  • We will coordinate showings with you and your schedule. We will solicit and provide you with feedback on the showings. We will advise on changes to pricing your property based on showings, feedback and any other market activity.
  • If we show your property to prospective buyers, it will be as your agent, not the buyers. Knowing that we represent the seller for out listings keeps us focused on getting your property sold on the best terms for you.
  • We will review all offers with you, and suggest possible counter offers, where appropriate. We will assist you in accepting (or countering) these offers to get you the best deal we can.
  • Once a valid sales agreement is in place, we will help coordinate any inspections or appraisals required by the contract. We will also coordinate with the mortgage company and title insurance company(ies) to get to a successful closing!
