Buyer's Information
The Buying Process
-
We will sign an Exclusive Buyers Agency Agreement with you and put our best efforts into helping you find and purchase the
property that best suits your needs.
-
After discussing your needs and desires; including price range, desired location, desired schools, lot size, house size,
number of bedrooms and baths, and other features, we can set you up to receive emails of matching properties as they are
added to, or changed on, the Multiple Listing System. The results will be similar to the Search section below.
-
When you see property(ies) that warrant a closer look, we can set up the showings for you.
-
For each showing, we will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis, showing you a
framework of comparable market activity.
Very few brokers/agents will do this for you!
-
At each showing, we will walk through the property with you, pointing out the pros and cons that we see. Although we may
not builders, surveyors, or structural engineers, we may point out areas that we recommend having one of these, or other
professionals, take a closer look at.
-
If you are interested in writing an offer on a property, we will help you prepare and present the documents needed to make
an offer that the seller will seriously consider.
-
Once the offer has been accepted, we will help coordinate your inspections, appraisals and other events required to assure
your purchase value. We will also coordinate with the mortgage company and title insurance company(ies) to get to a successful
closing!
Finances
Are you financially prepared to make this real estate purchase?
- How is your credit score?
- Are you purchasing the property jointly with other party(ies)?
- How much of the purchase will you be financing?
The impact of answers to these and other questions can be discussed with a mortgage professional.
